When you send the contact form, Fenutech may collect your name, email address, company, website, project type, indicative budget and message.
The website may process technical information needed to operate securely and prevent abuse, including browser information, the page visited, date and time, and IP address.
Data is used to answer enquiries, assess a possible project, manage any resulting business relationship, protect the website and, when you consent, understand how the website and advertising campaigns perform.
Enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Website security is based on legitimate interest. Analytics and advertising measurement are based on the choices you make in the consent banner.
With your consent, Fenutech uses Google services to understand how the website is used and to measure advertising campaigns. These services remain optional, and you can use the website without accepting them.
Forms are protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps limit spam and automated submissions. It is used as a security measure, not for advertising.
Fenutech uses providers for hosting, security, email delivery, analytics and form handling. They process data only as needed to provide those services.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers rely on GDPR mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the services used.
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
For privacy requests you can write to andrea@fenutech.com or PEC anfen@pec.it.
