When you send a contact form or quick message, Fenutech may collect your name, email address, company, website, project type, budget range and message. If you entered through a regional page, the submitted enquiry may also include that market, display currency and entry page so the reply keeps the right context. Quotes and invoices remain in EUR.
The website may process technical information needed to operate securely and prevent abuse, including browser information, the page visited, date and time, and IP address.
Data is used to answer enquiries, assess a possible project, manage any resulting business relationship, protect the website and, when you consent, understand how the website and advertising campaigns perform.
Enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Website security is based on legitimate interest. Analytics and advertising measurement are based on the choices you make in the consent banner.
Fenutech uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and measure campaigns. Optional cookies, optional storage and full measurement depend on the choices made in the banner. If you reject them, Google Consent Mode may send limited technical signals without cookie identifiers to produce aggregate measurements. You can use the website without accepting optional cookies.
Only with Analytics consent, Fenutech uses Microsoft Clarity to understand navigation problems through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. Clarity may process clicks, scrolling, pointer movement, and browser and device data; contact forms are fully masked. Recordings are retained for up to 30 days; click data, heatmaps, and labeled or favorited sessions for up to 9 months. The service is provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited; read the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Forms are protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps limit spam and automated submissions. It is used as a security measure, not for advertising.
Fenutech uses providers for hosting, security, email delivery, analytics and form handling. They process data only as needed to provide those services.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers rely on GDPR mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal obligations. Google Analytics data follows the service settings; Microsoft Clarity uses the periods stated above.
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
For privacy requests you can write to andrea@fenutech.com or PEC anfen@pec.it.
